Home Made Bite – Fresh Homemade Snacks

Thank you for shopping with Home Made Bite. We truly care about quality and your experience. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused and unopened
  • Item is in original packaging
  • All labels and seals are intact
For hygiene reasons, opened or partially consumed food products cannot be returned.

🚚 How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us

Send: Order ID, Product Name, Reason, Unboxing video (if damaged)
Step 2 — Receive RMA Approval
Once approved, we will issue your Return Authorization Code (RMA).
Step 3 — Send Product Back
Pack product securely and write RMA on package.

If the product was damaged or incorrect, we will reimburse return shipping cost.

💰 Refund & Replacement

  • Processing time: 3 business days after receiving product
  • Refund time: 5–7 business days to original payment method

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food packets
  • Products damaged by customer after delivery
  • Returns without RMA approval

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product?

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. If approved, we will:

  • Replace your product (3–5 days)
  • Or issue a full refund
